Pumpkin Patch

On October 13th, we went to a pumpkin patch near our home. We rode a hay ride out to the beginning of a corn maze in the shape of Washington. It was fun! We could take the major rodes through the maze, for example I-90, or Highway 2 (they put 4 different starting places in, and many different roads). They had a bunch of the major sites in Washington, like the Space Needle, and Peace Arch that goes into Canada. The older kids spent an hour with their cousins, Mariah, Jacob, and Marshall trying to make it through the whole thing and see all of the sites.

They had some very large pumpkins at the patch. We did not buy anythough. I wanted to get Sarah's picture by them, but she just wanted to crawl around instead of sitting by the pumpkins and looking cute.
We had a really fun day!

That sounds so fun! We also went to a pumpkin patch this year. I had forgotten the camera so we didnn't get any pictures, but I understand the desire to get pics of the little kids by the great big pumpkins. Did you carve jackolanterns??

Very fun! So did you get pumpkins somewhere else?

It is funny, in the pictures of all three kids it almost seems like that is the mom and dad and baby!
